🔹 What is your cancellation or postponement policy? 🤝 A Policy Based on Trust:
We want to make booking easy for you, which is why we do not ask for any advance payments or deposits to reserve your room. We trust your reservation completely!
However, because we don't take an advance, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our 24-hour rule:
❌ The Fee: Rs. 2,500/=
If you cancel or postpone (change the date) today or tomorrow (the day of your booking), this fee will apply.
😊 Why? Once you are within 24 hours of your arrival, we have already turned away other guests who wanted that same room. If you cancel at the last minute, it is a loss for us. Since we didn't take an advance from you, we rely on this fee to keep our business running fairly for everyone.

🔹 Do you have overnight stays available? 🚫 Sorry, we operate only during the day and limited night times. Overnight stays are not available.
🔹 How many days in advance do I need to book? 📅 You must book at least 5 days in advance. However, if there is availability, reservations can still be made within that time.
🔹 Can one person check in early and the other later? 🚫 No, this is not allowed. Both individuals must arrive together for check-in.
🔹 How about parking? ✅ Yes, we have hidden parking for your privacy.
🔹 Can we bring our own liquor? ✅ Yes, you can bring your own liquor.
🔹 Our call agents availability 🚫 No, our call agents are available only: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
